We do not offer returns, refund, exchanges, or guarantees once an order has been placed and delivered.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizes, and images carefully before making a purchase.
Exception – Damaged Item
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we may review the issue under the following conditions:
• A full unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.
• The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damaged item inside.
• The claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
